Craig
Craig, a dedicated 35-year veteran of the local restaurant industry, proudly owns and operates the Sweetz Cheesecake bakery located in Gaithersburg. A former accountant by trade, Craig, along with his supportive wife, Andrea, decided in 1988 to embrace their profound passion for food. With their personal savings and the generous support of family members, they took the exciting leap to open Sweetz Cheesecake. Initially, the bakery primarily focused on selling their exquisite cheesecakes to local restaurants and hotels. However, in 1992, they expanded their reach by opening a retail store, and in 2000, they further enhanced their community involvement by introducing a fundraising program specifically designed to benefit schools and nonprofit organizations.

Kevin
Kevin attended Purdue University, where he earned his degree in Computer Graphic Engineering, an accomplishment that he is quite proud of. Since his early years, he has always had a profound love for science and mathematics, which has greatly influenced his career choices. In 2010, Kevin made the significant decision to relocate to the DMV area from Chicago, IL, seeking new opportunities and experiences. The following year, in 2011, Kevin was presented with the unique opportunity to become a partner of Sweetz Cheesecake, taking on a pivotal role in the development of "That Cheesecake Truck," which serves as the mobile portion of Sweetz Cheesecake. Since then, Kevin has skillfully applied his expertise in science and math to create some of the most innovative and unique items that Sweetz offers to its valued customers.
